Rescued from death row at Santa Monica pound, Winston thought he would be living by the beach, enjoying the sun and pursuing his keen interest in water sports.

Disillusionment set in when he was faced with the prospect of endless days at sea, wearing his most hated garment, the pet float (dog lifejacket) and the ultimate insult, nowhere to pee.

Adventuring in the Sea of Cortez, Winston has added fishing and crabbing to his repertoire of skills and recently admitted that despite the obvious hardships, he truly loves the lifestyle.
